My heart is on the sleeve I gladly push up for remarkable people and causes. Books, brands or beliefs . . . all need meaningful words and water to grow.

A perennial relationship builder in blossoming fields, I started Mindful PR because I wanted to practice organic communications from the heart. A long and fruitful collaboration with the legendary Chip Conley grew via multiple books and projects including the dreaming, development and launch of the Modern Elder Academy (MEA).

Post-pandemic, deeply held beliefs about the planet and the future of humanity have shifted. I believe we’re being called to question everything, remap our paths, and step up (if we’re listening). We need each other more than ever. And by germinating new seeds together, we can regenerate this global garden. Climate Change. Social Justice. Democracy. Animal Rights. I’m committed to digging in the dirt and rewriting the narrative.
